App Features
The application monitors set rules and sends messages to assigned contacts when these rules are exceeded. Custom Notifier includes a contact database, which allows saving contacts, such as technicians, and sending each of them information about different devices. A major advantage is the ability to create custom templates for both emails and SMS messages, allowing each notification to be tailored to specific needs.
Connection
With the COMOSINTEGRATION application, you can connect data in two ways:- •Using a simple wizard: This method is ideal for creating individual mappings between Insights Hub and COMOS. The wizard will guide you step by step through the setup, making the connection process easier.
- •Using file import: This option is designed for creating multiple mappings at once. File import allows quick and efficient data connection when dealing with large amounts of information.
Synchronization
- •Automatic data updates with adjustable frequency: Data between Insights Hub and COMOS are automatically synchronized according to the selected frequency. This feature ensures that all information is always up-to-date without the need for manual intervention.
